Devlog 3: Level 3

Another update in the bag for High Up

This update includes:
-Level 3

-Actual settings

-And maybe some movement tweaks

I messed with the timeline and have no idea what's been worked on for the past two weeks

Besides the updates I'm now going to add to the bottom of these devlogs what I'd like to do in the coming weeks. So, the next two weeks of development I'm going to focus on:
-Refactoring code
-And the movement system

I know I've worked on the movement system a lot over other features but I'd like to nail it early and currently it just doesn't feel right to me
